Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in screen, select Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email of your account and select Send link.
3. Open the email from ShakeThere and select Create new password.
4. Type the new password, with at least 8 characters, and save it.

After that, sign in with the new password.

Good to know

• For your security, we show the same message whether or not an account exists for the email you typed.
• The link expires after 1 hour and can be used only once. If it expired, request a new one.
• When you change your password, every other device where you were signed in is signed out within a few minutes.
