Every hour of your day has a place
The idea behind LifeHub: an inbox for everything, tasks connected to your goals and a day that always adds up to 24 hours.

To-do apps usually fail in the same way. You add tasks, the list grows, and at some point it stops reflecting your life. Meanwhile, the day goes by with meetings, interruptions and a commute that no list ever shows. LifeHub starts from a different premise: every hour of your day belongs somewhere.
An inbox for everything that is not decided yet
An idea in the shower, a request from your boss, "buy batteries", an interesting link. Instead of pretending these things don't exist, LifeHub gives them a place: the Inbox.
The rule is simple: the inbox tends to zero. Once a day, or once a week, you go through it and decide. Is it a task? A project? Reference material? Or can it be deleted? Without an inbox, the chaos of everyday life leaks everywhere.
What you decide to do: the active system
The things you commit to follow a hierarchy:
- Vision: where you want to be in each area of life.
- OKRs: objectives with measurable key results.
- Generators: projects, processes, routines and habits that create work.
- Tasks: what you actually do today.
Every task carries four coordinates: the area of life it comes from (health, family, home, finances, career), its origin (which project, process, routine or habit), its nature (execution, decision, communication, waiting and six more) and its owner. With these four answers, it becomes easy to see what really deserves your attention.
What simply happens: the passive system
You don't plan to have lunch, sit in traffic or answer an unexpected call, but those hours exist. LifeHub has passive categories for them: physiological needs, breaks, commute, interruptions, leisure, distraction, sleep and dead time.
Put the active and passive systems together and the day always adds up to 24 hours. A timer tracks the task you are working on, one tap marks a break, weekly templates fill in sleep and meals, and any gap shows up as "not classified" for you to choose, never to type.
Why it matters
When you can see where the hours go, priorities stop being guesswork. LifeHub suggests what to do next with clear rules, based on your goals, deadlines, impact and effort, and it always shows why.
