How to use
Time and progress reports
Updated September 14, 2026
The Reports screen brings together what you recorded in LifeHub over a period: time on tasks and passive time, completed tasks, objective progress and habit frequency.
Choose the period
- In LifeHub, open Reports.
- Choose Week (Monday to Sunday) or Month.
- Use the arrows to see earlier periods. This week or This month takes you back to the current period.
Days follow your account's time zone, just like the 24h screen.
Summary and day by day
The Period summary adds up active time (on tasks), passive time (sleep, breaks, commute…) and unclassified time, which is time that has passed without a record. Next to it you see the tasks completed in the period.
In the Day by day chart, each column is a whole day: active time sits at the bottom, then passive and unclassified time. What has not happened yet stays empty. To reduce unclassified time, fill in the gaps on the 24h screen.
Active and passive time
Active time is split by the task coordinates:
- By life area: Health, Family, Career and the areas you created;
- By nature: Execution, Communication, Creation and the others;
- By origin: projects, processes, routines, habits or loose tasks;
- Origins with the most time: the five projects, processes, routines or habits that took most of your time.
Time on a deleted task still counts, as Deleted task. Passive time is shown by category.
Objectives
You see the objectives that apply on any day of the period, except abandoned ones. The bar shows progress with the period's gain highlighted, and the text says how many points it went up or down. Each key result shows its value, its target and how many updates you made in the period.
For periods that have ended, the value is the one from the last check-in before the end of the period.
Habits
Each active or paused habit shows how many days (or weeks, for weekly habits) were met, the current streak and one square per day of the period. Today and the current week only count once they are met, and days before you created the habit do not count.
