How to use
Your 24 hours
Updated September 14, 2026
The 24h screen shows where your day went, from midnight to midnight in your time zone. Each part of the day is one of four things:
| Part | What it is | |---|---| | Active | Time on a task. | | Passive | Time in a category that is not a task, like sleep or commuting. | | Unclassified | Time that already passed and has no name yet. | | Still ahead | The rest of today. |
Together they always cover the whole day.
Track time on a task
In Today, tap the ▶ button next to the task. The timer shows at the top of every LifeHub screen. To stop, tap Stop or the task's ■ button.
Only one timer runs at a time: starting another one stops the previous. Completing the task also stops its timer.
Passive time with one tap
In 24h, under Right now I am on, tap a category to start counting from now. Tap it again to stop.
| Category | For example | |---|---| | Physiological | Eating, hygiene, bathroom | | Breaks | Coffee, stretching, breathing | | Commute | Traffic and transport | | Interruptions | Unplanned requests and calls | | Leisure | Rest with no agenda | | Distraction | Social media, news, scrolling | | Sleep | Sleeping and naps | | Dead time | Waiting and lines |
Classify what is left blank
Unclassified parts have a Classify button. Pick the start and end (as best you remember) and say whether it was a task or passive time.
You can only record time that already happened, and two entries can't take the same time.
Fix an entry
Tap Edit on an entry to change its time or classification, or to delete it. While the timer is running its time is locked: stop it to adjust.
An entry lasts up to 24 hours. If you forget a timer running, it stops by itself there.
Weekly templates
Sleep, meals and commuting repeat almost every day. Instead of classifying them each time, create a template:
- In 24h, choose Templates and then New template.
- Pick the category, add a name if you like (such as Lunch), check the days of the week and set the time. If the end is before the start, the block ends the next day, like sleep from 23:00 to 07:00.
- Choose Save template.
When a day has Unclassified time during a template, a Your templates fill… notice shows what would be filled. Choose Apply templates to record it.
Templates never overwrite what you already recorded and only fill time that already happened. Applying again doesn't duplicate anything.
Other days
Use the arrows next to the title to see earlier days and classify what is missing. Today takes you back to the current day.
If you delete a task, its time stays as active, shown as Deleted task.
